Indeed, I think it may have kicked things off for me several years
ago. I have just recently returned to it, and am enjoying it, but
having read some of the scary K stories that "Chenandr" (for lack of
a name) gave the links to in his/her post, I am wondering if I should
stop. I did not seek or intentionally start the K activity, didn't
know such a thing was even possible. While I often feel blessed by
the experience so far, I don't want to exacerbate things. It hasn't
been too bad, no big psychosis or uncontrollable physical stuff and
I'd rather it continue to unfold as gently and naturally as
possible. I have a child to raise and be whole and present for!

I have read some things that recommend yoga as a help for K, and some
that warn against it. I love the physical stretch and challenge to
my body. I wonder if I could just do the asanas and not do too much
pranayama and chanting when I'm doing it on my own.

I must say this. I only go to yoga class once a week, but every time
I go I have a lot of extra energy from it; wake up in the mornings
with my body vibrating, and this is something that had cooled down a
lot, previously.

Also, what about meditation? I read something on this that said to
keep it to about 15 minutes; enough to get the grounding benefit and
not stir things up too much.

I welcome any thoughts on this.
