have you always been close to christ or just lately?
could be a past life thing...
you are obviously pretty sensitive to energies like
your mom, if it gets uncomfortable i would suggest
smudging the place with sage, well do that anyway, and
cleanse yourself however you feel you should do that
ask for life to get slower, if things are too quick
for your atm
also give yourself space to be in nature
obviously you are in touch with some kind of rift in
the space time continuoum like they would say on star
trek. I would advise you to take a piece of paper and
to draw a 2d shape that comes to your mind. adapt it
to 3 dimensions. also go to a shop and buy a crystal
with the intent of handling the problem, also a
garnet, great for the base chakra.
shapes are very powerful tools, once you find the
right shape or symbol for you, take some wire and make
the shape, then hang it above your bed if you like, or
make it out of straws
a 3d star tetrahedron might be just the thing you need
there to keep things balanced
