If he can find someone who can talk to spirits he should get them to contact
it. It could be just a pain in the ass "energy vampire" orgasms are a treat
for them too. It could also be a former mate, as in former life.

It happened to a friend. He'd been very unkind to his wife in his last life.
Among the issues was he refused to have sex with her because she was "too
fat." They died, she refused to reincarnate and attached herself to him when
he came back. She'd try to make him have a sexual release and take the
emotion and energy. If she couldn't do it any other way she'd give him
erotic dreams so he'd have an orgasm. She kept him drained of energy.

She also poisioned his relationships with women.

If he understands why the attacks your friend might be able to make peace
with it. He should remember during any negotiations to show the spirit how
it benefits from leaving him alone. It obviously doesn't care about his
needs or wants so just asking/begging it to leave won't help.
