Oh my goodness it's strange reading this. My daughter is covered in these
things. They come and go on different parts of her body. The doc + a
dermatologist couldn't identify them though, is it a form of eczema? The
creams they gave us didn't work. Now I have them on my hands, right foot
and stomach. Like tiny blisters and they itch horrendously. We both had to
have a couple of gravol to dull the itching and get any sleep. Our hands
are getting sore red with raised rough areas that sting. One thing about
Nizoral - I took it orally years ago. A helpful doctor gave it me in an
effort to see if my suspected candida responded. It did, no sore stomach
for the first time in years. So many symptoms cleared up, I was feeling
good, and then I had a huge allergic reaction, urtica, hives etc. followed
swiftly by steroids. One of the problems is when you take that stuff you
have to have monthly liver tests, it's such bad news to your liver &
kidneys. Needless to say, I've not had it since. They were thinking of
taking it off the market, even in prescription form, and then it appears
over the counter in shampoo? I bet it is effective, it's great, but if you
have liver problems I would get more info on it. I don't know how much you
would take in through the scalp, if any, but it might be worth taking into
consideration. I've got to increase the pottassium in our diets.
