There's power in the blood, Joe, and to diminish it or burn it is not wise.

There are sacred sex practices that involve making love to a woman during her moon time. It is especially empowering for both woman and the man. It is sacred fluid in some tantric practices.

There is an old spell that says for a woman to make a man love her eternally is to put a drop of menstrual blood in his food and feed it to him.

Christopher has also contributed to the list about his findings about k and menopause which I found quite interesting.

What if menopause is not normal? After all it does signal the advancing onset of aging.

Orgasms do relieve menstural pain just as clitoral stimulation during childbirth relieves labor pain.

Interestingly, some women who convert their diet to raw food, have been anecdotally reported to have clearer and clearer menses. Hmm..wonder what the constituent of that menstrual fluid might be?

My cycles can be emotionally and situationally affected also.

Hmmm...diverting energy to finish the k process...I don't think it is totally, in the wholistic sense, ever finished unfolding.
