Subject: [K-list] Re: Strange Hunger & Potassium
From: pdhndly
On 2002/03/08 21:51, pdhndly posted thus to the K-list: It may be protein you crave. (I went through a protein craving until
I started getting enough). Most Americans have a very high carb diet
even if eating "healthy", which raises insulin levels. Also perhaps
it is the Omega-3 essential oils that you are needing. These are
found in salmon mostly and tuna. You should take a look at a
breakdown of what exactly is in what you crave and see if anything
rings a bell with you. As you look at the list and what each thing
does, something will probably jump out at you. Cravings are good
indicators of what you need, as long as you aren't eating a lot of
processed stuff, sugar, chemicals, which will start unhealthy
cravings.
