    I've had it switching from chill to fever and back and forth within
seconds, over and over while I curled in my bed, ice lightening shivering
my leg bones. I find the cold is, as you have discovered, intense emotions
releasing.

   I prefer the heat, myself... last night I could feel all these areas of
my body getting hot and sweaty for a moment then passing, as the Tummo fire
worked to clear me of the days debris. Quite pleasant!
