Subject: [K-list] Strange Hunger
From: isis robins-shaw
On 2002/03/06 10:26, isis robins-shaw posted thus to the K-list: Dear K-List friends,
For the last two days I have been experiencing a ravenous hunger that seems to have nothing to do with my actual need to eat. When I focus in I feel quite a lot of activity in my belly region. Sometimes I feel kind of panicked like I am starving and need to eat, but then I remind myself that I just had something. I have also noticed that over the last two weeks my need to eat had greatly diminshed and I must have dropped 5 pounds or so. I guess the inference would be that something is clearing in that region. I'm a little frightened by it however. Sometimes the feelings of being famished are quite intense. I can hear my belly growl.
This experience has followed a rather long case of hives that pop in and out in various regions. They seem to have a rythmn of their own and it doesn't matter much what I eat. The hives have spurred a lot of inquiry into my emotional life and surroundings and have resulted in me taking a bit of a "vacation" from my husband who is also in K process.
I know that K has a wisdom and genius of its own. I do trust that. I can't help but wonder sometimes though what the heck is going on. Has anyone had a simaler experience? Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance for your feedback,
Isis
