amitra. Drowning in it is not much fun, but swallowing it gives your body
ecstacy... unless it gets too much.
Only K. people get this, and having it flow is better than having it
not flow and the fluid pressing on your brain.
I have never fully grasped the process, even tho I started getting the
goop, as a teenager... and sometimes practically drowning in it, doing
healing work. The pulsing up your spine you feel, also pumps some kind of
supercharged spinal fluid, very concentrated life energy that drips from
your brain through microvescicles through the back of your sinuses to drip
down onto the back of your tongue. Your digestion spreads it through your
body, but sometimes the body rejects it if it is too much.
To co-operate with the process, imagine the sore spot behind your
sinuses is a flower that is opening, and drink some warm water so that you
stay well hydrated. When you get dehydrated the goop gets very thick and
alkaline, almost corrosive to your throat. Drink lots of water, and gets
just nearly as fluid as saliva and is swallowed as automatically. It moves
through and does its work without discomfort.
That Kundalini can radically rearrange the body like you experienced,
does not surprise me... although I am sorry you had such a rough time of
it. Kundalini changed the shape of my head, and the shape of my beloved's
head, and for some people the bones change so much that they get a
fontatelle, again. Soft spot on top like a baby, but with amazing natural
protective reflexes.
The area back of the sinuses is a part of the third eye that is
sensitive to emotional energy.
