It'll take me a couple of days to get back to you on it. I won't have time
to go through my books in the next couple of days, sorry.

I've seen it in several books I have or have had (loaning books is not a
good idea). It'll just take a bit to locate them. It is a fairly standard
practice. You won't find it in a lot of books because they have been "dumbed
down" for the western market. People'd go "Yuck" and not buy the book was
the thought I believe.

It was taught at an ashram I went to for a cleansing program so I actually
had a person teaching me in person.
