Dear Andy,

You seem to be having a very difficult time of it. Sending love. As you know
SEN can sometimes be of help.
I wonder if this liquid pouring is associated with "Nectar" that some
K-listers have experienced?

Both of these are quite common.

The voices I have experienced are not so invasive, thank heavens! What I
tend to do when I can't think clearly is force myself not to try. It's like
trying to remember something. When we try too hard, it simply won't come.

I think the energy can impact certain of the brain centers. Yours seems to
have hit all at once!

> - Eyes moving eratically with a lot of twitching. Cross-eyed to the
> point where I have to put my fingers in my eye sockets to force them
> to keep straight when going to sleep.

I feel the energy in my eyes quite frequently, also.

> - Unvoluntary body jerk movements, especially from my arms and legs.

Very common!

Lee Sannella In Kundalini Experience writes that K energy frequently begins
in the legs and toes--I think he mentions the left toe specifically!

This sounds like "emotional kriyas."

I know it doesn't help much to realize that many of your symptoms are quite
usual for the K awakened. Some people *do* seem to be plagued with a bit
more than their bodies/minds can comfortably handle. Often one can simply
ask for the energy to relent, though--a form of surrender, in a way. It
recognizes that the energy is in control.
