but isn't it true that you cannot produce baggage without something to hold
it in? I think it is the blockages that are the "baggage" the actual
suitcases that fill up with emotions that we have to lug around because we
haven't dropped the bags yet.. perhaps once we drop the bags, there is
nothing left to carry around, the emotions come and go freely

those thoughts would be contained in the luggage we're carrying right?
carrying around with us all the time until we decide to drop the bags
