Dear Jason, List,

Yeah! very perceptive. :)) Kundalini seems to like to speak in metaphors.
LOL! The experience of dying can simply mean that the ego, or the
preconception of "what we are" is dying, not the actual body. The sensation
of becoming one with the universe is impossible while we identify with the
body, so it must "disappear" or "die." The "transition" can be pretty
frightening!
 Likewise feeling we are alien is perhaps a metaphor for how very *different*
we feel after K awakening.

I tend to feel that entities are simply a product of our fear. Those with a
fundamentalist Christian upbringing, for instance, often fear the K
experience instead of welcoming it--and this is what causes problems. We
often have the sensation that K is permeating us, and this can cause a fear
of "possession" etc.
