Hillary,
I think the vibrations are the beginning of an out of body experience and at
this point I hold back on it as at that time I wasn't really trying to do it.
Funny, but the energy seems to have subsided last night. I wasn't able to
access it while meditating, at least as strongly. I found myself missing it
and worried a bit that it had gone away for good. So I got some sleep, and
then I find today while walking around that I am having very persistent but
somewhat subtle waves of tingling like rushes from the 1st chakra area upward
and the some in the crown area. It's the first time that the Ive felt the 1st
chakra so active. So, something is still going on even if it is not as
"profound" as before. I have not focused my intention on out of body for this
past week since the energy was so strong. But I will get back to it again
soon enough.
