I came out of a breakdown last July - was extremely buzzy and electric until
about October/November - especially from 4am onwards.

Post K??? D'you mean post awakening?? It seems to be different for
everyone - it's certainly not consistant for me. I got the classic electric
surges up the spine just about every night between 83 and the early 90s but
then it stopped and has been gradually over time 'replaced' by more whole
body energies and chakra glowing/buzzing - especially after I come out of a
breakdown (uh hum not the most stable of people ha ha)
