I've experienced LEG CRAMPS as well.. i have found that the easiest way to
make them go away, is to take your attention away from the intense discomfort
and pain..

What I have found helpful for my leg problems (not cramps, but close) is to
dance. I put on the kind of music that resonates my emotional state at the
time and just go with the flow, not interfering at all. I guess this should
be done when not in cramps. I have found that this way helps bring out
whatever is stuck there.
