In the last few days since I felt the K energy, I have this buzzy
electric feeling most of the time. I am only sleeping about 3 hours a
night and am not really tired though wouldn't mind a good sleep.

I was wondering - I usually can feel five of the main seven chakras,
or at least I thought. I have an ache at the 1st chakra area which
for a year now I have thought was some sort of odd muscle pull from
working out hard as I have been doing regularly for the last year
now. Could this ache be the root chakra, even though it feels
different than the tingling, buzzy kind of feeling I have in the
other chakras (except for the 2nd chakra where I don't seem to feel
anything).

Michael and Hillary, judging from your response to my first post - so
it is possible to have a sort of K energy that is more gradual than
the explosive kind I've read about?

And what is the "post-K energy" life like? I mean, does this buzzy
type of energy just stay around forever, or does it take skill and
practice to raise the energy again and to greater heights?
