How do you guys usually clear any unwanted obstructions in the chakra? Am
just curious, my guess would be that you just meditate on it.. Simple as
that, concentrating on that particular area, with a clear mind(no internal
dialog), and letting any subliminal images rise, tensions rise and fall, and
simply watching it.. What do you think?
