Hi everyone,
I'm goin to tell u my experience & then I'd like to hear your
feedback ok, do you think I'm in the right place by what I've said
I'm still unsure of what it is myself. Right here goes, my childhood
was a very unhappy one, I grew up way too fast & saw things a child
should never have to see, post more on that later if it is connected
some how. Left home at 17 when i had 1st child,still life was hard, I
lost a child a son, I suffered with anxiety,depression, even though i
had alot of friends and a good husband,i always felt lost somehow.
Anyway in September last yr I went to a hypnotist to help with my
anxiety, it worked i left her office feeling great, but two months
later things changed, I was a learner in meditation, whilst doing
this I would get like an electrical current running through my body
from head 2 toe, it felt like i was leaving my body, I heard voices
around me,several in fact, I also heard banging on walls etc that no
one else heard. I have had a strange feeling at the base of my spine,
i have it now in fact but now its uncomfortable for me, I had to stop
the meditation because it was frightening me, the more relaxed in
trance the more I would hear, then my dreams began coming true, 5 in
1 month in fact.Well since then I feel like I'm on some kind of
mission to find out my true purpose in life, where i came from, who i
should be,someone in a spiritual chat room said this was what i was
experiencing, and made me feel i should be scared, and that i needed
a teacher to help, I dont understand why this has happened or what I
do now, please help is this kundalini what i'm experiencing? I look
forward to hearing from u soon.
