Hi All

I went to listen to a talk last night that I wasnt that interested in
listening to but I felt very compelled to go. During the evening I was given
a book to read and it really is fantastic.... I now know why I was out last
night. Some of you may have read it but if you havent I highly recommend it
as in the first couple of chapters it has already given me huge comfort.
It's a treasure, very easy to read practical and understandable:

Kundalini and the Chakras - A Practical Manual. Evolution in this Lifetime.
