When one begins to awaken, all manner of spirits take notice and come to visit because of this great light that begins to shine. Some will interact with you, some will pester you, some will love you...it is all part of the journey.
As you continue on your journey the quality of the interactions will begin to change...move from a 'lower' level to a 'higher' level. It really just takes a passage of time for that to happen.
Sometimes these voices are parts of yourself looking for reintegration. Sometimes the voices ask you to do stupid, harmful things. Just because the voice is a spirit does not mean it is smart or wise. You are a wide open broadcast receiver when you begin to awaken and receive info from all over. The quality of this info or relevance can be questionable. :)
Just remember you are not your mind, you are not your emotions, you are not your body, you are more than all these things. Who knows where these things come from? I am not really 100% sure myself.
To discern what your true inner voice is takes practice. Your inner voice would not ask you to do harmful things to yourself or others, nor does it abuse you.
