Dear Richard,
Luckily most of our bodily functions can operate quite happily without our
mental input! I feel catalepsy quite often, especially when the K energy is
strongest. It seems to me that you have built up a large store of sexual
energy and are simply feeling the results. For the head pain, you might try
putting your tongue against your palette to recirculate the head energy.
Krishnamurti and many others have felt this pressure-pain. Perhaps one of
it's purposes is to *prevent* us from *thinking!* :)) But I agree with
Paul, it's always best to get a check up just in case.

Yeah! The energy is *forcing* you to surrender. Your fears keep you from
trusting what the energy is doing to you.

I often have to pull myself out of bed. It no longer bothers me. It
generally passes after I do some Hatha Yoga. I think if we realize that the
catalepsy is *energetic* but that we can still function when we need to
*within* this catalepsy, the fear of it passes. It is just a way we mentally
"translate" the energy. It can be translated as Bliss, believe it or not!

Emotional Kriyas, I'd say. Just as with physical kriyas, I think we just
have to let the energy have its way with us. We will just seem as though we
have "lost it" for a while. Hopefully friends and family will be
understanding.

Yeah! The energy has been super strong--but strangely different-- for many
people lately.

Some of it--especially the catalepsy! Your post actually brought it on! :))
It is a strange phenomena--one I've had pretty much since the beginning in
Sept 96. You might try to do some strong physical exercises or simply run.
Hope this helps. Sending love.
