I have heard it called itching and I have heard it called, "ants crawling underneath all over my skin". It is a common symptom of energy movement in K. It is transitory. It will go away. I have no idea when. That is up to you and K. I advise looking within asking the itching is there something you can do to assist it in work.

Probably the channels of energy are not wide enough yet for the energy to flow through. I would begin visualizations of the channels of energy that flow through your body as becoming more relaxed and widening. I would 'see' the k moving and sweeping 'debris' through these channels and out through your body.

I would become the itching and let it talk to me. I would become it to understand it.

Of course, you could always put gloves on and stroke your legs till you come to orgasm.. :)))))
