Believe or not - I got to read this one before you
have sent the poll results. :)

No, but I am healthy as far as I know.

this before or after K awakening (if applicable)?

Nothing chronic. There have been strange disorders...
 and usually the cure has been to have a look at my
attitudes. The physical system seems to be quite
sensitive but I have learned to live with it. Since
fireworks started in 1998 I remember having one cold
and a minor discus prolapse.

>Do you meditate?

Some energy exercises and resting daily. Resting
means relaxing and observing. Energies work and
play... Occasional taiji.
