Very active, very healthy. At 40, just starting to show signs of high bp. This is predictable; very wild and challenging (and FUN) job, wife fighting multiple degrading illnesses, just finished grad school, blah blah blah. Perceive life as an incredible gift - sometimes the present makes me smile, sometimes it makes me say, "Hmmm", always appropriate.

ATnospam21, food poisoning set off arthritis, appendicitis, and lower intestinal stuff. Had NDE post-op in hospital. This is what sent me into the K-spin. Bronchial issues in 20s, nothing until current hypertension stuff.

Oh, yeah. Until 38, fought back problems. Had mid-life crisis, started exercising for first time in life. back probs gone. Go figger.

>>Was this before or after K awakening (if applicable)?
See above. My awakening came after someone popped into my life and showed me bahkti yoga and kashmir shaivism. 2.5 years of work, gentle, beautiful birth (in middle of taking 19 credits/semester by day, working 8 hrs by night - hehe).

See above. Haven't sat in months, but after centering, firmly planted and able to merge into life. It's always there...
