Hi there,

I have been psychic since I can remember. Seeing full colour
auras,telepathic, spirits, conversing with them etc. My father
encouraged this in us kids from an early age, and didn't suppress
anything.

Some years ago the Kundalini energy started to manifest in my 'body'.
The resulting disturbance of cakras brought all kind of entities, who
could now see that I perceived them. I was oppressed by entities for
quite some time, pulling my hair etc etc.

I then got more on to a spiritual path, with practices and meditation
etc. The manifestations of K started to slow down. I was no longer
getting oppressed, I still hand pains reflected in my physical body,
heat etc but it was diminishing, almost in concert with my increase
in spirituality.

I now practice reiki and other energies and have no problem with K at
all, in her extreme manifestation.

I can also help people with communication with those that have passed
over, I can see them and talk to them quite naturally without any
performance. I believe this is just letting it happen. I only do this
for friends I don't want to be van pragh, although I seem to have a
wider dimension than he does.

I can only conclude that in my case, purity of body and food,
thought, and less attachments had something to do with the
diminishing of the extreme manifestations of K....For if the
vibrations are cleaned and kept cleaned, why continue sweeping the
floor unless it needs it?....Movement after all is the sakti-maya or
energy of Iswara.....Nic.
