Hi Keith,

In one of the early lessons in FST there is a discussion of grounding.
Mystress Angelique mentions that you really DON'T want to be ungrounded as
you traverse these waters. She hints that it would not be a good thing.
However, there is also a post in the archives of the Tea Room about
protection and how the idea of protection is really about fear. You might
want to check out those posts.

Staying grounded is a kind of protection, I guess, but in such a way that it
does not feed the idea of fear. I could be totally wrong, but that is my
understanding at this point.

I don't know if the white light protection you are projecting is interfering
with your ability to receive and/or experience energy. I find myself
wondering if maybe the lesson here is for you to learn to receive on many
levels--energetically, emotionally, physically, etc. You sound like a very
giving person, and sometimes the task for someone who is generous in this
way is to learn how to receive.

I can personally relate to this issue, so maybe I'm projecting my own stuff
onto you. Just a thought.

As to the prayer to Goddess--yes, this is a great one, and I use it a lot,
too: for physical pain, energy and emotional blocks, etc. I first came
across it in Mystress Angelique's website that she posted to us here a month
or so ago, called "My latest creation". It's a great site, filled with all
kinds of information and links. I'll try to email it to you from my
Archived email. Otherwise, go to Kundalini-Gateway's archives at
Yahoogroups.com to find it, or just do a search online--I think you can find
it under Domin8trix.com [:)].

You are clearly touching a lot of people here on this board with your
questions and posts--it's interesting, isn't it, how in trying to help
ourselves we often end up touching others' lives and "helping" them in the
process. Goddess has it handled...
