They grow in a grounded, permanent sense over time - many years as the
process of deep purging and transformation unfolds to its own rhythm and
timescale. Deeper inner happiness and absolute security, peace, freedom
from worry and fear, control, but not repression or denial of emotions. A
profound sense of connection with all parts of oneself, and others which
manifests on the material plane in magical, extraodinary, totally
gobsmacking ways through synchronicity. Awareness we're all part of a
profound network of interconnections to the point of merging - and every
thought, word and action will ripple out to others while paradoxically
bouncing back on oneself like a boomerang.

The realisation that all truths are paradoxes. And that duality is
contained within oneness.

Joy, meaning in every moment, from even the most mundane of activities.
Really living in the present moment and knowing what it is to be truly
alive, feeling, being.
