One benefit of active K is that it forces one to look at the real Self
inside by bringing up blocks that will not go away unless we look
deep. In other words, if we're not authentic to our true selves, to
what we really need and desire at our deepest levels, K kicks us in
the ass badly. (I suppose this can only be viewed as a benefit if one
wants to go there, but there's no turning back that I know of.)

Also, once your third eye is active, you can view some pretty
spectacular worlds. I haven't turned a TV on in months. All I have to
do is close my eyes or stare at a ceiling, and I'm utterly
entertained.

Too, it appears that psychic abilities come along with the K
territory. Suddenly I can read people's thoughts, if I let them in,
and I can do energy healings. I consider these to be benefits as well.

"I'm also interested to know if anyone has a partner that they can
share their K experiece with without any stigma or judgement or is
thsi something that can only be understood by people in the K club?"

I share my K experiences with my husband and closest friends without a
problem. Nobody judges me. I take it that people are not being
responsive to your experience in a positive way?

"I've had a blockage in my throat too the last few days. It feels like
trapped energy, a bit like having a lump in my throat and makes me
feel a little bit sick."

Have you tried running energy from your hands into your throat? This
helps me when my throat chakra becomes blocked. I rub my hands
together briskly to open and heat them; then I rub my throat gently
and finally let the energy from my hands go inside there for a few
minutes. Works like a charm for me. Also, some yoga neck exercises do
great things, too.
