When ever I meditate I feel completely tingly, also whenever I do the
Kundalini grounding visualization... I think it is the source of energy
that creates and mantains the universe. I'm trying to develop my healing
abilities, I figure this energy can do more than just make me all giggly
and tingly. I want to help people with it. *smiles* I hope I helped.
Peace and Serenity,
Keith
