Subject: [K-list] to everyone here at kundalini

I've certainly read up on the subject of kundalini. I have learned
that Kundalini can mean a number of things. I choose to beleive that
it is the Holy Spirit. There are energy centres on the body and
trust me I have certainly felt these almost every day. I am
wondering if anyone has felt a sort of tingle feeling that goes from
the tips of your toes that can go right up to the top of your head.
Have any of you seen any colours as well? I presume it is a very
spiritual experience, and can come from meditation and prayer. Am I
on the right track here or am I not right in my evaluation of what
has been happening to me. I am new to this group and would like to
