I think you'll find loads of info in the files of this group - there are
plenty of people here who know a lot and you've come to the right place. Be
careful who you talk to K about as I think there's a lot of misinformation
about, especially maybe amongst travellers in SE Asia.

 3. Why is this happening to me?

It doesn't feel like it at times, but it is actually a great blessing. I'm
currently trying to get together information about Kundalini
contacts/resources in the UK, so keep in touch.
