The last couple of days my body has been 'ramping up' with blissful k. Almost too much for me. Today and yesterday I went downtown, being on the bus, walking on the 16th street mall, going to the huge public library. Both times I became quite ill, nauseated, my head wide open.

Tonight when I came home, I had to lay down for two hours. I experienced multi locating, being in many places all at once. The boundaries between my body and the multidimensional universe faded away. I was in a deep altered state...my body not my body...my body could not contain me.

I hope I am not becoming one of those conditions which makes me ill to be around other people's energies. Sigh...I would not like that at all. My third eye is expanding enormously and even more info that was previously filtered out is coming in. My empath abilities are on warp drive.

I keep telling myself, "this too shall pass".
