Do you mean your head tilts to the side? Do some say that this is related
to kundalini?

For years, people have been pointing out to me that I carry my head at a 45
degree angle instead of straight up and down. I had just assumed it was a
bad habit or neurologically based (I have had symptoms of Asperger's
syndrome since childhood, such as always toe-walking. My Asperger's-like
symptoms were most noticeable when I was between the ages of four and
twelve and became dramatically more marked during my recent three-year
illness but have again faded to nearly nothing, though the head tilt and
toe-walking remain.)

It would be intriguing to discover that my Asperger's-like symptoms that
I've caried since childhood are also known to be kundalini conditions.
