how do I resist the temptation to smoke shwag anymore? How can I whip myself
to keep my mind steady and allow space... space...
Perhaps you could take time to relax, in your mind, be aware of what is
pressuring you, become aware of the feeling inside you that believes food is
going to make me happy, when you could feel another light, shed some light on
the subject, if we don't take time out of our days to shed light on the
subject we're going to see that other light, the quick-fix of old habits,
without seeing a greater purpose and direction of our lives we cannot feel it
is really happening in our lives,
in order to feel that purpose and direction we have to take a time-out from
the insanity of get-to-the-point-ed-ness of our animal nature,
the animal nature is pure wild reactions, as they say, music soothes the
savage beast, and the beast is most savage, and the music is most soothing,
try to make room for music in your life, that's what I do, I try to make room
for the music of direction, inspiration, all that which inspires me to create
in my life, to create abundance, to create space for breathing, etc. and
music itself, the sound and rhythm version can be of great assistance, not to
be over relying on it to take care of EVERYTHING for you, but good music can
help us remember what we love about life in the first place
