Dear Aster,
There is a technique, I think Gurdjeiffian, that allows for the building of
an emotional platform--a resting place, so to speak, so that the Highs and
the lows are both more manageable. I may be totally wrong in my description.
Does anyone have more information about this? It sounds potentially useful.
