I've been wondering about some of my own meds that I'm taking and their
effect on K.
A few years ago, I got interested in Smart Drugs, that is, drugs that
increase the brain's capacity to function, which stablize the mood and are
known to prolong a healthy life. Apart from over the counter herbs, like
Ginkgo Biloba, and Melatonin, I take prescription meds: Dilantin, Deprenyl,
Tryptophan and Hydergine, none of which I take for an illness but which have
an influence on the brain.
Now I wonder if Kundalini likes them or not. ;) I wonder if I would be
better off not taking them or wether the Kundalini energy 'uses' them in
some way.
I guess the only way for both of us is to try living without the meds and
see wether the K is better or not.
Good luck getting off the anti-depressant. I hope everything goes smoothly.
