Dear Magdalene,
Welcome to the K-list! :))
I'm sorry for the loss of your daughter and the periods of pain you've been
suffering. I'm glad you are feeling a bit better. :)) Foot symptoms are
mentioned by Lee Sannella, BTW
El Collie (the same person who gave us the wonderful list of symptoms,
chronicled the connection between CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) and
Fibromylagia, in issue #30 in the now defunct Shared Transformation
Newsletter. She wrote,
"CFS and Kundalini both affect the neurological system, which may account for
the similarity in many of the symptoms. Using currently employed hospital
technology, Kundalini's physical effect cannot be detected, so there is no
hard evidence of any damage to the system. On the other hand, CFS inflicts
definite damage to the immune system and brain which is clinically
verifiable."

Well, we are all different. There have been numerous cases when K calms down
and then takes a different turn years later.

I'd say yes to all these questions! :)) Understanding what is happening to
us is always better than the unknown, at least it is for me.

The fact that you have been spiritually oriented for years and had such a
classic K rising makes me think there is a connection between your CFS
symptoms and K.

We all react to the energy somewhat differently. Perhaps your early training
with Yoga allowed you to partially "control" the energy.....for a while!
>How could the three years of suffering have been kundalini crisis if I
didn't feel overwhelming surges of energy and the whole thing was dissolved
by developing a walking regimen?
Well, perhaps the CFS symptoms were a symptom of K not finding an outlet.
Walking, perhaps, set the energy flows back in order.
>In my case, it was a combination of "giving up" and deciding that it didn't
matter what I had, that no label or disease name was going to change
anything and focusing more on the walking than on the symptoms.
Yeah! The old surrendering mode! LOL

I can't blame you for being afraid, but Kundalini crises or just plain CFS,
either way it is always pretty much out of our control, alas. Trust and
Surrender is about all we can do--And learn as much about it all as possible
LOL!

Perhaps exercise rebalanced your seratonin levels.

Ahhhh! What a good question! I think Kundalini is just *beginning* to be
noticed and taken seriously in the western world. There is also the sexual
aspects of Kundalini that scare many people off! LOL
Again, a warm welcome!
Love, Hillary
