Namaste Jennifer et al,

What doesn't go out goes up so to speak. Sex is a bodily function it
is more the mind that one should worry about. Being celibate and still
having desires is pointless. The middle path of control is probably
better as it is realistically possible to maintain.

Also sex belongs to the body, K is a process going beyond it.

Many householders have achieved a completely risen K with moderate sex
practices. It is all about attachments....IMO....ONS...Tony.
