I agree it's about growing. In Dutch we say: "ontleren", which means
something like: getting rid of what you learned, de-learning, or something
like it - in growing, in the therapyprocess or whatever.
I still call this learning, but on a totally different level than what you
do in school.
I guess we mean the same thing.
