I put my pillow under my heart, so that the energy will take it for
the head :)

I allow to the polarity of the current to reverse itself by itself. I
allow to polarities to vanish. I close my eyes...

There is also this rush to go to sleep that is been programmed in
one. Why is it important to fall asleep? A child falls to sleep
whenever he or she fells like it. My nephew will only want to play if
I tell him its time to sleep now. So we play until he falls to sleep
and he forgets someone told him he had to sleep.
