Don't worry, there will be lots of help forthcoming from the folk
here.

Kundalini effects or symptoms occur during the process of awakening.
While not fatal, usually..., they can be quite dramatic and life
changing.

I know some folk will dispute this but, kundalini does not awaken one.
Rather, K happens as one is awakening to their true place a free
person. You know, one without all those hangups and conditioning.

As we grow in and are conditioned by our society we tend to and do
block the natural flow of energy and joy in our bodies. When this
energy begins to flow - well, sometimes night sweats happen.

You will live if you don't resist. Oh, ok, you'll live anyway. Might
as well take it easy on yourself and do the grounding practice of
Mystress's. It will help.
