I have been watching the list for a while now, and seeing all of the
different way people experience K energy.
Finally I have mustered enough courage to ask about an experience I had 15
years ago now.
I was living quietly by the ocean, studying, meditating alot, what prompted
me to write was that I was using ,what I knew to be called the Sikh heart
mantra, playing it singing it and chanting it for hours each day, I was in
love with it.
What happened is still hard for me to relate.
I fell asleep in the middle of the day, something I never do unless I am
deathly ill, and had a dream that is still as vivid as the day I had it.
Later that day after I awoke,
Many strange things happened, voices, things moving in the house when
there was no possible reason, hard to describe this part, but it was
dramatic, I fled the house about 2 in the morning and drove an hour and a
half into town and stayed with a friend. I came back a couple days later
and there were some small manifestations, but the house had become
oppressive. Where asbefore it had been full of light, in every possible
way.

Note that my life was going fairly well till this
occurred..................

 I ending up selling that house which had been the dearest place in the
world to me. There was no peace there anymore.
The last 15 years I have been drifting more or less, functioning but not
grounded, not accomplishing any of my goals until this summer when I
started Reiki and there seemed to be a shift for me, and for the first time
since I moved I have been able to meditate. I have never had manifestations
in my body except that whenever I went to my Reiki teacher as soon as I
arrived I would develop a severe lower back pain, which I don't have other
wise, this was alleviated with Reiki before we started.
The dream always seemed important.

This puts me in mind of a line from a movie " you should not use magic you
do not understand"

This is not something I have shared with many people, but having read the
many varied accounts, I just wanted to ask if this could possibly be a
Kundalini experience?
