How blessed you are!!

Even before K, Gratitude was something that I felt was important, at least
for my emotional wellbeing. It feels good to feel Gratitude. I do it a
Gratitude meditation before falling asleep; the more I do the Gratitude
meditation, the more Gratitude becomes a part of my life.

That is so beautiful. Thank you for sharing that.

I have noticed that with my students. I teach special education. My students
have behavioral problems. But they have calmed down so much ever since I
meditate in the classroom and feel bliss. They seem to be much happier and
more content.

Thanks. I will keep that in mind. I prefer your approach to gentle
reeducation than trying to pounce on it everytime it rears it's little head.

Thank you so much Susan. The Goddess truly lives in you. There is a sensuous
cadence to your words which I find soothing, no matter how many times I read
them. There is magic in the way you write. Feminine gentleness, compassion
and grace emanate from your sentences. You are wonderful and blessed.
Namaste
With love
Emily
