As someone whose K energy has recently started manifesting again after a
long hiatus (some 10 years), I am probably experiencing things that many of
you have already had happen. Right now I am finding that I am experiencing
a strong buzzing, and surges of ecstacy at the level of my second chakra,
although it does not seem to be moving up to the upper chakras at this time.
For a long time (years) my only manifestations of K have been observations
of prana squiggles and auric light. I am thinking about the possible trap
of attachment to ecstacy, but also the "scarcity assumption" that seems to
dominate my thinking: that there is not enough bliss to go around, or enough
to satisfy me. I also notice a lot of negative emotions that come up as I
experience the surges in this chakra: anger, greed, selfishness, rage,
blaming. Interesting.

Anyone have any insights/benefits of their experiences to offer me?
