Hello all! My name is Kristy and Im 25 yrs. I have no idea what is
going on with me but was told it sounds like Kundalini. Anyway I
found my spirituality about a year ago since then have been into
meditation alot and just learning about all this. About 2 months ago
I had my first symptoms during meditation then it continued and would
even wake me up in the middle of the night some. I have extreme hot
flashes my chakras go crazy and lots of tingling up my spine and back
I have bouts of nauseau and lower back ache. My root chakra seems to
be where most of my problems are right now it is very achy and
sometimes painful sometimes the energy goes crazy in there and cant
seem to get it grounded. It seems to increase in the evening and
sometimes for no reason my one of my other chakras will start
pulsating. I have really increased my meditations and have been
working on trying to cleanse root chakra and the confusing thing is
after meditating about 3hrs total yesterday I feel better I thought
you were supposed to feel bad all the time (at least that's how all
the net sites make it sound) I also havent had the experience where
the energy up my spine was so intense it made me want to pass out, it
has been intense at times but not that intense. Help I really need
insight I dont know what is going on for sure and dont know what to
expect.
