    Hot flashes are a pretty common K. symptom. K. messes with your
estrogen levels. Some pesticides mimic female hormones too, so it is best
to eat organic food and don't worry.
    Energy has been high lately, some nice growing going on. I see a lot of
people letting go of that which no longer serves, and making way for new
beauty and abundance.
