Interesting.... it brings to mind an experience I had with yawning a couple
of years back that occurred after a long bout of chronic stress/depression,
ultimately resulting in some malfunctioning of my autonomic nervous system.
The sleep apnea, palpatations and other wacky stuff I couldn't control
finally convinced to to seek help .... after I started taking paxil (prozac
cousin) I couldn't STOP yawning... I've always been a high energy person...
so this was very unusual to say the least. Thanks for the additional insight
into to this.... I didn't understand it from an energy point of view
initially or think of it in terms of blockages -- but it totally makes sense.
