Dear Nick,
Yeah! :)) It's the fear that always prevents us from experiencing Bliss as
our natural state. Just as accepting and "going into" pain often relieves
it, entering the fear often turns it into its opposite.

I was especially interested in the following:
"I had progressively been noticing bizarre energy movements apparently at the
top of my spine. These typically occurred just before I fell asleep at night
and consisted of a light rumbling noise behind the ears, pretty similar to
the internal noise one sometimes gets when yawning, followed by little
explosions of light behind my eyes. The light was not bright, just
noticeable. My eyes would screw up as the movement took place and the whole
experience was similar to a yawn. "
This eye thing happens to me too--a sort of "out of focus" explosion behind
the eyes. Yours is the only other description I've read about this. Thanks!

Yawning seems to be just one more way in which the energy manifests itself.
I'll often wake up in the middle of the night with the energy coursing though
me and my breathing patterns curiously forceful. It seems to be connected to
Prana (or Lung in Tibetan) which is sometimes defined as the vital wind
energy upon which "both the vitality of the body and consciousness depend."
[a strange dream where I seemed to be aboard a boat sandbanked just outside a
port. The harbour seemed festooned with mines and I had to attempt to blow
them up whilst journeying through shark-infested waters. ]
A wonderful example of a K dream! K-ites frequently dream of water and of
explosions. This dream combines both! :))
