To everyone! I just wanted to express my thanks to the whole list for just being here really - for posting on so many subjects, for answering all my little pleas for advice... This list (the first list I've ever joined..) has been such a discovery for me, after so many many years of isolation and having to cope with K on my own, never really understanding what it really was etc. It's put me in the weird position of having years of actual experience, but little 'factual knowledge' if that's the right way of putting it, to back that experience up.

This last five years - and particularly the last year, has been the most intense period of K activity I've ever experienced, and it's put me through a lot what with two years of illness/breakdown, discovering I have a half brother etc etc. I have opened my heart to you all, cos I'm an open person partly, but also because I do feel I've found a home here, and people who truly understand. I have learnt so much in such a short time, and talked with such great people -THANK YOU.

Here's to the future.
